Public Records Requests

Access to Public Records:

The public has a general right to inspect and/or obtain copies of public records maintained by the state and local agencies pursuant to the Public Records Act (PRA). The information below provides guidance to members of the public on how to access public records from the Office of Systems Integration (OSI).

Public Records Act Request Directory:

The OSI maintains an online directory of certain documents that have been requested by the public pursuant to the Public Records Act. Click here to view the directory of documents.

Response Time:

Within ten (10) days of receipt, OSI will respond to a PRA request. If a delay is anticipated, the requestor will be notified of the reason(s) within ten (10) days of receipt.

Fees:

OSI is authorized to charge the requestor fees for copying records. OSI will notify the requestor of the applicable fee. The requestor is required to pay the fee prior to receiving the requested records.

Viewing Records:

Records are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. To make sure the records are ready for inspection, OSI asks that the requestor make an appointment. Refer to the contact information listed below.

Requesting Public Records:

A request should include the requestor’s name, contact information, and a specific description of the information requested.
